Commercial inspections cover the structural and mechanical components of a building including: foundation, grading and drainage, roof and roof structure, interior and exterior walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, porches and decks, electrical systems, heating and cooling systems, plumbing systems, water heater, built in appliances, garage door and operator, smoke alarms, sprinkler systems, pools and spas. Inspections do not include cosmetic items, although they will be noted.
